Workshop Production Supervisor

Responsibilities
1. Oversee daily workshop production operations, formulate and execute production plans based on order requirements, ensuring capacity targets are met and delivery cycles are under control.
2. Lead the daily operation, maintenance, and inspection of chemical equipment, supervise equipment operating procedures, and promptly identify and resolve technical failures during the production process.
3. Strictly implement environmental production standards, optimize process flows to reduce energy consumption and pollutant emissions, ensuring compliant workshop operations.
4. Responsible for production quality control, ensuring product quality meets industry and customer requirements through means such as SOP implementation and in-process spot checks.
5. Manage the production team, including personnel scheduling, skills training, and performance evaluation, to enhance team collaboration efficiency and professional capabilities.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields.
2. More than 5 years of production management experience, with practical management experience in chemical equipment processing or environmental production scenarios.
3. Familiar with quality systems such as ISO9001, and proficient in production process optimization and cost control methods.
4. Strong on-site problem-solving skills, able to quickly coordinate resources to handle production emergencies.
5. Proficient in using production management software (e.g., MES system) and Office tools.

Project Engineering Manager

Job Description
1. Responsible for the whole process management of project installation, commissioning, etc.;
2. According to the project schedule, carry out quality control and technical guidance during the project to ensure the smooth progress of the project;
3. Solve problems at the project site, handle the handover of on-site goods, and manage various project acceptances;
4. Responsible for the daily management of on-site personnel and communication with partners;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Requirements:
1. Full-time bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Civil Engineering (Structural Engineering or Construction Engineering), Management, Science or related fields. Candidates with a First-Class Constructor certificate or Senior Engineer title, and verifiable project performance on Siku (a Chinese construction project database), are preferred;
2. Familiar with environmental protection engineering construction processes and related technologies, with over 5 years of project management experience in desulfurization and denitrification construction or mechanical and electrical engineering management preferred;
3. Strong team management, communication, and interpersonal skills;
4. Strong project planning, organizational coordination, and control abilities;
5. Strong sense of responsibility and ability to accept long-term business travel.
