Workshop Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the daily production and operation of the workshop, develop and execute production plans based on order requirements, and ensure that production capacity meets standards and delivery cycles are controllable.
2. Lead the daily operation, maintenance, and inspection of chemical equipment, supervise equipment operation standards, and promptly identify and resolve technical failures in the production process.
3. Strictly implement environmental production standards, optimize process flow to reduce energy consumption and pollutant emissions, and ensure compliant operation of the workshop.
4. Responsible for production quality control, ensuring product quality meets industry and customer requirements through SOP execution, process sampling, and other means.
5. Manage the production team, including personnel scheduling, skill training, and performance evaluation, to enhance team collaboration efficiency and professional capabilities.

Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, environmental engineering, or related fields.
2. More than 5 years of production management experience, with practical management experience in chemical equipment processing or environmental production scenarios.
3. Familiar with ISO9001 and other quality systems, master production process optimization and cost control methods.
4. Strong on-site problem-solving ability, able to quickly coordinate resources to handle production emergencies.
5. Proficient in using production management software (such as MES system) and Office tools.

Project Engineering Manager

Job Description
1. Responsible for the full process management of project installation, debugging, etc;
2. According to the project schedule, carry out quality control and technical guidance during the project to ensure its smooth progress;
3. Resolve any issues that arise on the project site, ensure proper handover of goods on site, and carry out various project inspections;
4. Responsible for the daily management of on-site personnel and communication with partners;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in chemical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, civil engineering (structural engineering or construction engineering), management or engineering related majors, first level construction engineer or senior engineer, and those with traceable performance in the four databases are preferred;
2. Familiar with the construction process and related technologies of environmental protection engineering, with more than 5 years of experience in desulfurization and denitrification construction project management or mechanical and electrical engineering management experience preferred;
3. Strong team management, communication, and interpersonal skills;
4. Strong project planning, organizational coordination, and control abilities;
5. Strong sense of responsibility and able to accept long-term business trips.
